Management questions
How do I make the most of FlexPay?
As part of the onboarding process, we’ll work with you to find ways to make the most of FlexPay. We’ll make sure that you know how to use it and what’s most likely to help you reach your business goals.
You can promote FlexPay across your website and product pages, as well as your email marketing channel. Promoting FlexPay throughout your website helps raise awareness and increase conversion from customers.
Do I have to promote FlexPay on my website?
Yes, during onboarding we will provide you with a communications guide to set out how you should promote FlexPay on your website and email marketing channel. This will explain how to best promote the product.
If I'm not happy, can I end my contract?
We’ll agree when you can end your contract with you at the outset but if you’re not happy, we’d like to work with you to understand your concerns and try to find a solution. If we wish to change the terms of your contract (excluding the rate card), you’ll have the right to give us notice to terminate the contract early if you do not want to accept the change.
