How secure is FlexPay?

FlexPay is safe and secure for both you and your customers. When a customer checks their eligibility, or applies for FlexPay, they move into our secure, hosted application journey. Here, we capture, encrypt and store their personal details. Our data storage system is regularly audited to the highest standards to ensure a secure environment. This includes regular third-party testing for vulnerabilities and reviews of application security and access control procedures. 

If your customer pays with FlexPay, they won’t need to provide their payment card details. Instead, they’ll log into their secure FlexPay account to continue with the purchase.

As Flexpay is regulated by the Consumer Credit Act (CCA), your customers are protected by all the safeguards this brings.
