Money worries
Worried about money? Here’s how we can help
We’re always here to help with any money worries you may have, now and in the future.
If you are finding it hard to keep up with your Black Horse FlexPay payments, we can help you.
You can access support in a way that suits you, either online or by phone.
It’s helpful if you use a budget calculator so that you can get a better feel for your finances.
Don’t worry if you’re behind with any of your payments or have missed an essential bill, we can still help you.
Before you call us:
To save time and give you the best help we can, please have these things to hand:
- Your FlexPay account number
- How much money comes in each month.
- How much money you spend each month.
- What you pay to others
How will we help?
We will:
- Go through your money to see what’s worrying you.
- Let you know about the help you may be able to get.
- Tell you where you can find extra help.
And if you call us, it may take a little time – depending on your query and the support you need.
Once you have worked out your budget, give us a call at 0800 028 3039 or offshore 01268 653743.
Lines are open Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm, and Saturday 9am to 5pm.
